Enrie might as well as had his motors bolted in with wing nuts.
Im pretty sure the ferrari in do was a 1500 cc unit.
This same engine was installed in the hydro norman i owned to do a run.
As bob said do had several engines and combinations.
Im pretty sure he ran a v8 sixty as a 5 cylinder with up turned pistons to fit into another class.
He was always experimenting.
His ventnor styled wasp had a lincoln v12 in it at one stage even though it done most of its racing with a flat head v8.

DO photographed at the 1998 Sydney Classic and Wooden Boat Festival. Exhausts look a bit temporary.

Hi tommo. I'm the other guy that's been in touch with him about the motor in his pics. There's a possibility that Cyril Robinson from the vintage speedway movement might know about the motor. I'm away at the moment and will try to track him down when I get back home.

Im pretty sure the guy you are chasing about that twin cam is bob lewis. No relation to the boat family.
He is a self proclaimed grey motor historian and is acitevly chasing any type of grey motor variant.
Cyril robinson lives down the road from me. He has a complete running injected dunstan grey.
