New wig purchased! Boat happening! Getting exited

Howdy there Nic, all systems are go Glad to hear you have replaced the wig you wore last year, keep playing around until you get the 'look' that you're after. Luckily I struck gold first time with my black shiny mullet, although it is showing some signs of thinning out somewhat. Maybe I'll hand it down to Ric or Chivs, they would still probably be happy with it for a few more years yet

Looks like we will have a few additional boats and faces this year, although the clinkers will still be outgunned maybe.

A bloody great big bus will possibly be the earliest arrival some time during the week leading up to the wet together, then the Master of Ceremonies for the weekend - Commodore Chivers - will be arriving Friday around lunch time. Another extremely trustworthy boat owner has requested that we store his boat for a week or so prior which is obviously frought with dangerous potential outcomes.

Yes thanks hooks, I will greatly accept any hair donations forthcoming, and of course boat rides is a given because I will be boatless on this excursion.

On a positive note, at the Hooksters request I have risked life and limb to score a taste of Tasmania's finest seafood fare, abalone, so again, if you are thinking about coming, it will be great company, great boating and hopefully a small taste of tasmania to boot!

Hi Ray, I will get some prices for you, there is a motel not far from our joint, and it's on the lake too. It would probably be reasonably priced, I'll check it out though, and post the contact details etc later today

Well, we're booked in to some solubrious accomodation (missus is as weak as pi5s) Boat is STILL being reliable, and possibly will have another woody (seacraft) in convoy with us. What do we need to bring ? I'm guessing a Saturday night barbie and something to chew on for lunch? We're coming up Friday night after work so if anyone else is heading off around the same time we can have a CONVOY !!! cheers Ray
