This is a fastening method using either pneumatic driven staples or nails. The difference is the nails/staples are made of a plastic-fibreglass polymer. An example of their potential use in our field would be for fastening down deck ply. The raptor projectiles would be used to fasten the deck down until the glue sets, then their heads can be sanded off, making them almost invisible. (They "come in a tan colour", which the anonymous club member who put me onto this liked the thought of...I can't imagine what other colour he might have been thinking of
