I finally finished the nailing and roving today. I also replaced every bronze screw. Total 5kg of nails and $600 in screws. I also got the topsides faired and put the first coat of clear on. It looks awesome. Next job is painting the bilge and the replacing the deck. After that roll it over and do the.bottom. All before october.

Would'nt worry too much about that Chris .

I am sure that Dave would put some big days in to get it fiinished. It's just a shame that I won't be at Narrandera to see it but I might have to take my boat down to windsor over summer and see it then.

I'm really hopeful to have it done for october. I'm working 12hr days as well.

I'm trying real hard to get it done in time.hopefully tomorrow I'll get the new deck stringers in and the old engine out.

Got the bilge sides undercoated and painted this weekend. I also pulled the engine out. The engine I was going to use is too wide to fit between the baerers so I might have to put the Holden back in.
