Pyke's Reservoir wet together

Brother boaters,
I noticed this item in the hallowed "Hollow Log" and was wondering if any other members are contemplating getting frozen at this wet together ? Can we shed some light on the correct date, the log says Aug 11th but that's a Thursday. Any other suggestions?

At this stage i'll say yes, i'm off to lord howe island later that week but cant see any problems with getting stuff ready. Would love to give the boat a run before Narrandera. Will we have someone on iceburg watch? you know what happened to the Titanic!! Ray
