The Forster Keys Reunion will be held on 7th and 8th July. Should be a great weekend again, it seems to get a bit bigger every year.
We hope to be taking three skiffs this year, Fossy, with the little Coventry Climax in it, Fox with a sidevalve Dodge and Bewitched.
Dave, hope you can take Renegade, we could set up a great skiff "race". Had to put that in inverted commers, 'cause there's no racing, just demo runs

Sounds a fantastic event.
My skiff should be fixed then.
Only thing for me is it clashes with the Melbourne Boat Show, which is one of the main events for us in the boating industry.

Ahoy Darren,
You have let the Hookster rev her a bit on the hard, you know he wants a skiff, I suppose he won't mind draggin it to sunny NSW for you to show her off and give her a run for you? I might be able to help him out too, you know it makes sense

Peter at this time probably not. It will depend on whether I can spend enough time working on it. It may be possible for me to actually start the motor by then but I'm not sure. While I was in Melbourne I went to VPW and picked up a header tank set up for the cooling system.
Peter please check your PM's.

Ive had to pull out of attending Forster this year. Over the past week my whole family and myself have been battling with this damn flu going around. We still arent over it and I was bed ridden for two days leaving me no time to get any of my boats ready. Im not happy about it and even this arvo Suzie was on my back wanting to go (she just wants to get out of the house). The reality is four wheezing , coughing ,sliffling individuals all together in a car and then in a cabin is a recipe for disaster. An experiment Im not prepared to attempt.
