Return of the Urinator

Remember Bob's post some time back showing a skiff spotted near Paynesville ? Here's a pic.

And remember Ray's post a few weeks ago about a skiff for sale on Ebay? Well, they're the same boat.
Peter Alexander from Loch Sport has had this skiff for about 13 years and on occasions motors over to Paynesville and Lakes Entrance.
Urinator, or the U Boat as I prefer to call it for the time being, now resides at my place.
Peter has done a great job with the setup of the 202 engine, but the hull needs a bit of work, mostly cosmetic. Let the makeover begin.
Oh yeah. The skiff is not a woody, it's a plasticky, so I understand it's not a club boat.

Well done Bob, are you going to bring it to Goolwa to join the growing fleet of Skiffs next year?

Hi Dave. First choice for Goolwa would probably be RB2, it just depends on how things pan out. Pretty sure that I'll be there with one of them.

Or maybe both? Wishful thinking.

Nice pick up Bob, good thing he peeled the name off before selling.

Well, actually, it still had the name on it thommo. Put some black tape over it for the drive home and started peeling the lettering off yesterday. It's now called RINATO. Sticks like the proverbial that stuff.

Thanks Ray. Shame it's not a woody. Looking forward to getting it wet one day soon to see how it goes and handles.
