Heading down to Lake Learmonth today to try it out as a ski lake, am over Pykes Creek! Every time i've taken my boat there it comes back with a chunk out of it. Will try to get some piccies for the BB. Cheers All, Have A MERRY and SAFE CHRISTMAS eveyone.!!!

Just back from Learmonth, what an fantastic lake! Plenty of water, nice sandy beaches with plenty of shade although there are a few rocks below the water when you beach the boat, all in all would be a good place for a victorian wet together. 15 min from Ballarat and suprisingly few boats for such a perfect day to be on the water. cheers All.

A nice spot in deed, with a caravan park right on the lake and a pub within walking distance......
