Well done Doc! Yes Tomboy has a lot of history racing in the 50 s through to the 70s, I asked Dad why he bought it off the Elliots and he said the boat was a legend in its day! Thanks for noticing the records! Now going to post a series of misc. photos of the Hydro I now own Quickly Too!

It also came with custom covers which will look after her nicely over the years and possible transport ot Goolwa?

Awesome stuff. I saw Quickly Too run up here in QLD a few years back. It was a very fast unit while it was running! If I recall correctly, it blew a motor that weekend

Ahoy Dave and Dave 88!

Yeah that was her last time in the water, I spoke to the owner who had it there and said he only went that distance because it was fast and would surprise a lot of people! Apparently he got showered and water got in and the rest is history! Took some cleaning etc to get all the bits out of the sump! You know when you got something good when. All that had any thing to do with it tell you stuff with a grin on their face!
