RACING FEVER - 1964 Hydroplane Movie

I came across an old movie poster (online) of a 1964 movie called "Racing Fever"
So I thought I would try to get my hands on a copy.
The only thing I did find though, were some reviews on the film.
Apparently it is a stinker, a real smelly stinker!

Has anyone heard of it?
Has anyone seen it?
Is it as bad as the reviews say?
