Hi,
New to the board.
I spoke recently to Francis Ransley, of Wynyard, Tas. who is keen to discover whatever happened to his old runabout, "Tammy".
She was an all timber Bert Everingham hull, very similar to the well known "Fury"
Francis says she had a beautiful inlaid deck, and he last saw her being used as a ski boat in the Devonport area, running a Falcon six.
Any leads on this one?
BTW, here's a link to a video of Francis setting the kilo record @ 142mph in Roadrunner in 1983. The record still stands.

Re: Looking for "Tammy"
I would like to congratulate you on this page and the work you have done.
I keep in contact with Doug Elliot who owned and raced Miss Hobart.
I hope to see him soon because he has made a model of my boat Tomboy, off measurements taken by Tassie member Barry Jones when I was restoring the boat.
Thanks again, Chris Chivers
