Help identifying boat builder?

Hi

Wondering if anyone can help me to identify my project boat? It is an 18 foot clinker half cab with a chrome "Condor" badge on the dash. Powered by 186. I have also seen one of those badges on a picture of a SA speedboat called "Shine On" which has a similar hull.

Can post a picture later if the badge isn't helpful.

I believe Shine-On was built in SA in the 60's by a bloke called Jan Boonen. I don't know whether it was built to plans, a copy of another hull or his own design.

I have a vague recollection that Jan Boonen may have been based in the SA Riverland.

I am still curious about the "Condor" badge if anyone else has seen one anywhere.
