A few years back I received a call from a boat owner in Melbourne to come and have a look at his boat |

On entering his garage, before me sat what is probably the best presented boat that I have ever seen |

The builder of the 16' mid 60's runabout is unknown |

The boat belonged to a brother and sister, who's family it had been with since new. |

They had the boat restored, but had never put it back in the water |

After a couple of years they decided it would never be used by them and decided to sell it |

This boat was just superb and the restoration quality outstanding |

Power was from this 225 ci Chrysler Valliant slant 6, the presentation of which was every bit as good as the rest of the boat |
